All you have to do is add 2 cups of apple cider vinegar to a warm bath, stir, and lay in the mixture for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes has passed, you may want to shower off, dry off, and put on cotton underwear, over any other kind of underwear.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar Drink.

I know this sounds really disgusting, and trust me when I say that it definitely is. Again, apple cider vinegar is pretty disgusting, but if you simply mix one to two teaspoons in eight ounces of water and drink it, it's said that your symptoms will begin to go away over a period of time. As you may or may not already know, apple cider vinegar is also popularly orally taken as a home remedy for acid reflux. I know this because I have it.

Although it's not the most known home remedy for yeast infections, apple cider vinegar can still provide you with relief. If you are going to try one of the remedies on this page, I would definitely try taking a bath with a.c.v., because it's more known to provide you with instant relief. Finally, you should know that if you would really like to treat your yeast infection from home, yogurt is always a viable option.
